Is there a guarantee?
Yes. If you use the Physitrack app and complete at least 80% of your assigned sessions in the first 21 days and you’re not feeling any improvement by Day 21, I’ll work with you for 2 extra weeks at no charge.
How we measure it (simple):

Completion: Physitrack adherence ≥ 80% over Days 1–21

Tracking: You logged sessions (and quick RPE/pain check-ins) in the app.
Prefer no app?
You can still qualify using the PDF plan + log sheet: mark completed sessions and share your log. Same 80% completion applies.
How to claim:
Just tell me at (or before) the Day-21 check-in that you’re not noticing meaningful improvement (e.g., less end-of-day ache, easier floor-to-stand, or better energy). I’ll activate your free 2-week extension and adjust your plan.
Do I have to use an app?
No. Physitrack is recommended for easy videos and automatic tracking, but I can provide a PDF plan and printable log if you prefer.
How is progress tracked?
In Physitrack you’ll log session completion, soreness, and effort (RPE). I review your data weekly and tune the plan.
What about privacy?
Your training data stays within the Physitrack platform I use for coaching. I only access information relevant to your program and do not share it.
